电动物流车远程监控系统的设计与数据管理

【摘要】 对电动物流车远程监控系统的软硬件进行了设计,实现了车辆运行状态的实时监控、报警提示,以及对车辆进行了全球定位,为电动物流车的优化调度提供了基础。通过对车辆监控数据的分析,进行了数据用途和重要性等级划分,还分析了系统中各数据存储点的特点和性能。结合这些分析,对数据存储进行了全面规划,为后续的故障诊断、二次开发、车辆维护提供了数据支撑。基于VC环境,实现了车辆图标在地图上的动态显示。实车运行证明了该系统的稳定性、可扩展性和可维护性。

【Abstract】 Software and hardware designs of remote monitoring system for electric logistics vans have been finished.Real time monitoring,warning and global positions during vehicle driving have been achieved by this system,and it has provided a basis for electric logistics vans’ optimized dispatching.Data use and importance grade divisions have been fulfilled by analysis of the monitored data.Moreover,characteristics and performances of data storage points in system have also been analyzed.Comprehensive planning for data storage has been completed with these analyses,and this will provide data supports for fault diagnoses,further developments,and vehicle maintenances.On the other hand,dynamic display for vehicle icons on the map has been realized in the environment of Visual C + +.Expansion,reliability and maintainability have been proved by vans’ real operations.
