商用车驾驶室白车身轻量化结构优化研究

【摘要】 优化设计在现代结构设计中占有十分重要的地位,一方面结构优化大大减少了建模方面的工作量,另一方面它可以在改善或保持结构性能的基础上大大减轻结构的质量。近年来,随着汽车工业的快速发展,日益突出的能源问题和为了满足对汽车设计的新要求,对汽车零部件和机械结构开展结构优化设计具有重要的意义。本文应用拓扑优化和形貌优化技术,利用Hyperworks的optistruct模块对某商用车驾驶室进行了优化设计,在减轻了质量40.72kg(原结构质量为346kg)的前提下,白车身动态特性有了很大改善。
【Abstract】 Optimal design in modern structural design plays an important role,on the one hand topology optimization greatly reduces the workload of modeling,on the other hand it can improve or maintain the structure and properties of the structure based on the greatly reduced quality.In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile industry,the growing energy problem and the new requirements of the automotive design,made structural topology optimization greatly carry out in automotive parts and component design.In this paper,topology optimization and topography optimization were applied to a commercial vehicle white body,40.72 kg were acquired from structure 346 kg to 305.28 kg of the whole white body with the help of Hyperworks-optistruct,also the white body dynamics has improved.
