商用车驾驶室卧铺骨架的轻量化设计

【摘要】 本文采用拓扑优化和尺寸优化相结合的方法,对商用车驾驶室卧铺骨架进行了轻量化改进设计。首先通过拓扑优化方法确定了骨架横梁的最佳布置,然后采用尺寸优化方法优化了骨架梁截面的高度、宽度和厚度,改进后的驾驶室卧铺骨架结构在保证原有性能的前提下,质量下降了31.0%,取得了理想的轻量化效果。
【Abstract】 This paper studied skeleton weight lighting for commercial cab sleeper using a complex method of topology optimization and sizing optimization.The optimal arrangement of the skeleton crossbeam was determined through the topology method.And then the height,width and thickness of the crossbeam were optimized by using the sizing optimization method.The weight of the skeleton for cab sleeper had decreased by 31.0%on the premise of ensuring the original performance.The final results showed that this combined method is fit for the commercial cab sleeper weight lighting and of high efficiency.
