齿轮型刀具加工齿轮弯曲应力的计算分析

【摘要】 齿轮型刀具虽然是汽车变速器齿轮加工中的一种常用刀具,但是由于齿轮承载能力计算标准并不包含齿轮型刀具加工齿轮的弯曲应力计算方法,因此限制了其设计和使用。研究根据齿轮承载能力计算标准中齿条型刀具加工齿轮的弯曲应力计算公式,对齿轮型刀具加工齿轮弯曲应力公式中各项相异的系数进行了推导,并建立了相应的齿轮型刀具加工齿轮的当量齿轮弯曲有限元模型,以验证所推导的齿轮型刀具加工齿轮弯曲应力计算公式的准确性。通过齿根应力计算公式与有限元法对齿轮型刀具和标准基本齿条型刀具加工齿轮的弯曲应力比较发现,齿轮型刀具要比齿条型刀具加工齿轮具有更高的抗弯曲疲劳强度,可以在齿轮承载能力要求较高的中型和重型商用车变速器齿轮中加以推广应用。
【Abstract】 Although the gear-shaper cutter as a vehicle commonly used for manufcturing transmission gears cutting tools,the calculation methods of load capacity for gears in the national standard does not include the methods of gear bending strength manufactured by gear-shaper cutter,which Limit its design and usability.The thesis based on the engaging gear principle of the gear-shaper cutter manufacturing gears,derived the equations of gear bending strength,and developed the corresponding gear bending finite element model.Through comparing the gear bending strength manufactured with gear-shaper cutter with that of the basic rack cutter,using the formula and the finite element method,it is found that the factor of safety from tooth breakage manufactured with gear-shaper cutter is higher than that manufactured by rack,which could be promoted and applied on mediun and heavy commercial vehicles that is required higher gears load capacity.
