基于模态应力恢复的车架虚拟疲劳试验

【摘要】 以某车架为研究对象,首先对车架有限元模型在MSC.Nastran中进行模态分析,同时生成模态中性文件;其次建立与该车架相匹配的整车刚柔耦合动力学模型,并进行不同等级虚拟路面上的整车动力学仿真,得到相应的模态位移历程;最后综合上述结果进行模态应力恢复,并将其应用于疲劳试验,从而得到各工况下车架疲劳寿命的分布情况和最危险点的寿命值。结果表明,这种分析方法可以方便高效地在产品设计阶段预估车体结构疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 Taking a frame as the research object,the modal analysis of frame finite element modal are performed through the finite element analysis software MSC.Nastran and the Modal Neutral File(FEA)is got at the same time.Secondly,the whole vehicle rigidflexible coupling modal equipped with the frame is built and analyzed to obtain the load histories through driving on different classes of virtual road surfaces.Then the virtual fatigue test of the frame can be conducted with the modal displacement histories transformed by Modal Stress Recovery(MSR).The life distribution of the frame and the fatigue lives of the most damaged points were obtaind.The results are valid to evaluate car-body structure fatigue life at products design stage conveniently.
