国Ⅳ柴油机NO2及NH3排放特性试验研究

【摘要】 在CVS全流采样的发动机台架上,对国IV发动机进行ESC测试,并利用FTIR气体分析仪对非常规气体进行测量。通过对比有无DOC+POC和SCR排放后处理装置下发动机的NO2和NOx排放特性,对NO2的排放比例进行了分析研究;同时还分析了SCR系统下的二次污染物NH3的泄漏。研究结果表明DOC+POC可以使NOx中NO2的比例升高,但对大部分工况下NOx的排放量影响较小;SCR系统下NO2的比例比DOC+POC系统要低。中低负荷下NO2比例较高。SCR系统还造成NH3的泄漏,高负荷工况下NH3的泄漏情况比较严重。

【Abstract】 The experiment tested China Ⅳ engines on an engine dynamometer with the CVS full-flow dilution sampling system in ESC test cycle and measured unregulated gaseous emissions with FTIR analysis equipment.The paper contrasted NOx and NO,emitted from the engines with and without advanced after-treatments including DOC + POC and SCR,researched the ratio of NO2 in NOx and analyzed NH3 leakage of the engine with SCR system.The result shows that DOC + POC system can enlarge the ratio of NO2 in NOx.But this system has little influence on the NOx in the most modes.The ratio of NO2 in NOx of SCR system is lower than DOC + POC system.The NO2 ratio is higher during low and medium load.But the SCR system causes the NH3 emission.NH3 leakage is comparatively higher during high load.
