强混合动力液压系统设计与优化

【摘要】 基于整车控制策略设计了强混合动力变速器液压系统。根据电机的功率损失确定液压系统的流量设计要求,采用双油泵液压源设计满足整车在各种工作模式下的流量需求。通过对液压系统静态设计确定液压阀的结构尺寸。运用ITISimulationX软件建立液压系统仿真模型,对各油路流量及压力动态特性进行分析。以冷却润滑油路的最大流量为依据进行油泵排量优化设计,降低液压系统的流量损失。
【Abstract】 A new hydraulic system of full HEV was designed based on the vehicle control strategy.Oil flow requirement was confirmed according to the power loss of electric motors under different standard cycles.Dual-pump system was designed to satisfy oil flow,and dimension of valves was designed by theoretical calculation.Dynamic hydraulic model was established by ITI-SimulationX to investigate the characteristics of oil flow and pressure.Volume flow of pumps were optimized to reduce oil flow loss.
