HCCI燃烧离子电流特性试验研究

【摘要】 在一台单缸试验机上通过改变进气温度、燃空当量比、压缩比等燃烧边界条件,对离子电流信号电压的波形变化进行了观测和研究。结果表明,离子电流信号电压受到边界条件的强烈影响,本质在于缸内峰值温度对自由离子浓度变化的作用。温度升高,燃烧较好时,自由离子浓度增加,离子电流信号增强,相位提前;温度降低,燃烧弱化,自由离子生成受到抑制,离子电流信号减弱,离子电流信号相对燃烧的相位滞后趋于增加。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of ion current in HCCI combustion were studied on a single cylinder test engine under various combustion boundary conditions,such as intake temperature,fuel-air equivalent ratio,compression ratio etc.Experiment results indicate that ion current can be strongly influenced by the variation of combustion boundary conditions,and intrinsically it is the in-cylinder peak temperature that dominates the flame ionization process.The rising of in-cylinder temperature helps better combustion to promote the production of radical ions,thus the signal is enhanced with its phase being advanced comparing to actual combustion phase;and vice versa for the falling of in-cylinder temperature.
