后鼓式制动器瞬态温度场的数值模拟

【摘要】 本文通过CATIA建立EQ1141G后鼓式制动器的三维几何模型,根据制动器的热衰退试验条件及相关国家标准,运用MATLAB软件计算后制动鼓各时刻的边界条件,在工程分析软件ANSYS的平台上,对制动鼓的温度场进行仿真和研究,通过对初始条件模拟方法的多次修正,使仿真曲线与试验曲线拟合。初步确定了制动鼓温度场分析的边界条件及模拟方法。在此基础上研究制动过程中车速,制动频次及制动强度等参数对制动鼓温度场的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes the three-dimensional geometry of the rear drum brakes of EQ1141 G by CATIA.According to the test data of brake and related national standards,the boundary conditions of rear drum brakes at all times are calculated through MATLAB software.On platform of the engineering analysis software ANSYS,this paper simulates and researches the thermal field of drum brake.Through numerous amendments to the initial conditions,we get a simulation curve which accords with the tests curve of heat fading and make sure the simulated methods to analyze the boundary conditions of drum brake temperature field.Based on this study,we analyze the influence on drum brake temperature field which is caused by the parameters of speed,braking frequency and braking intensity.
