车辆起步阶段离合器模糊控制策略分析

【摘要】 对车辆起步阶段离合器接合进行了分析,提出了以满足驾驶意图为离合器控制的前提,以控制车辆起步冲击度和滑摩功为约束条件,采用驾驶意图与发动机目标转速与实际转速差为控制对象的模糊控制方法。并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对离合器接合过程进行建模与仿真,仿真结果表明,离合器能根据驾驶意图和发动机目标转速与实际转速差修正离合器的目标接合速度,符合车辆起步要求。
【Abstract】 The clutch engagement was analyzed in starting stage.Based on the driving intention and controlling jerk and the sliding friction work as the constraint condition,the fuzzy control method about the driving intention and the different rotate speed of the engine goal speed with the engine speed was proposed.The modeling and simulation about clutch engagement process was conducted in the MATLAB/Simulink.Simulation results show that the target engagement speed of the clutch based on the driving intention and the different rotate speed of the engine goal speed with the engine speed is in line with the requirements of the vehicle starting.
