轻量化构件内高压成形研究及应用
Research and Applications of Tube Hydroforming for Lightweight Component

【摘要】 汽车空心变截面构件截面形状复杂,内高压成形所需压力较高,通过预成形获得内凹截面形状,可降低成形压力,使小吨位设备加工较大尺寸零件成为可能,并降低工艺难度。在内高压成形时同步液压冲孔,可提高生产效率,且断口更光滑,有助于提高零件疲劳寿命。为进一步减轻结构重量,可采用不等厚拼焊管坯进行内高压成形。哈尔滨工业大学开发的内高压成形技术已成功应用于副车架、仪表盘支架等零件的批量生产。
【Abstract】 Automotive hollow components with changeable cross sections have complicated shape of cross section and need high pressure to form.By preforming,a cross section with concave shapes can:be formed to lower the pressure for calibration.Combining hydropiercing into internal high pressure forming(IHPF),the process efficiency can be enhanced and the cutting surface is smoother.To reduce the weight of components,tailor-welded tube with dissimilar thickness can be used as the blank of IHPF.
