基于整车动力学仿真的车架疲劳寿命预估
Frame Fatigue Life Prediction Based on Vehicle Dynamics Simulation

【摘要】 以某车架为研究对象,首先对车架有限元模型在Nastran中进行频响应分析,获得输入和结构应力之间的传递函数;其次利用ADAMS建立整车刚柔耦合模型,得到相应的载荷时间历程;再综合有限元分析获得的频响结果和随机载荷时间历程数据所转换得到的功率谱密度,利用专业疲劳分析系统Fatigue,进行基于频域的车架疲劳寿命预测,得到车架寿命云图,最危险点寿命及相应的行驶里程。结果表明,这种分析方法可以方便高效的在产品设计阶段预估车体结构疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 Taking a frame as the research object,firstly,transfer functions of frame finite element modal between input and structural stress are obtained by means of frequency response analysis with software MSC.Nastrain.Secondly,vehicle rigid-flexible coupling modal is created in software ADAMS and the load time histories are calculated at the same time.Thirdly,frame fatigue life can be predicted in Frequency Domain with the results of frequency response analysis and the PSD(Power Spectral Density) transformed by the load time histories.Then the whole life cloud-chart,the most dangerous nodes and the most driving distance are got after the analysis.The results are valid to evaluate car-body structure fatigue life at products design stage conveniently.
