基于路形测量的车载道路谱检测仪研究与实现

【摘要】 本文给出了一种由多路激光位移传感器、加速度计、增量式旋转编码器、高速数据采集系统组成的基于路形测量的高速非接触式道路谱检测仪的实现方案,阐述了各类传感器信号的数据采集、路形计算方法、道路谱的计算等多个重要环节的实现方法。在此基础上搭建了道路谱采集测量车,进行了多条高速公路以及省国道的路谱数据采集。实践证明该检测仪具有检测精度高、检测速度快等优点,可满足对我国各类公路道路谱进行采集与检测的需要。
【Abstract】 This paper present an implementation of high speed vehicle-mounted road spectrum detector which consist many routes of laser distance sensor,accelerometer,incremental rotary encoder and high-speed data acquisition system.Expatiate some important implementation methods as data acquisition of each sensor,road shape calculation method,road spectrum calculation and so on.Based on that realized the vehicle of road spectrum collection and detect many freeway,national highway,provincial highway.The detect result proves this road spectrum detector has the advantage of high precision and rapid detect speed.It can fulfill the requiring of road spectrum detect and collection of highways in china.
