路面谱测量中路面波长范围研究
Research on the Road Wavelength Range in Measurement of Road Spectrum

【摘要】 路面谱是进行汽车平顺性以及耐久性研究的重要基础数据,对国内外路面谱测量设备进行全面调查研究的基础上,结合国标以及ISO标准,对面向汽车行业应用的路面谱测量中的路面波长这一关键问题进行了深入的研究,针对汽车平顺性、诐劳耐久性能以及汽车噪声研究等,确认了波长范围指标,基于这一指标要求设计开发了组合激光、车速、加速度计、陀螺以及GPS多种传感器的综合测量设备,并进行了多种道路试验,对路形测量结果进行对比,验证了设备的可行性。
【Abstract】 Road spectrum is very important for vehicle ride comfort and durability,on the basis of research of the road spectrum measurement equipment,with reference to National standard and ISO standard,a thorough study on the road wavelength range was made.For the application of vehicle ride comfort,durability and noise test,the road wavelength range is confirmed,and the road spectrum measurement equipment was developed which consists of laser sensor,speed sensor,accelerometer sensor and GPS receiver.In order to validate the validity and the quality of the equipment,many road tests were carried out and the result was compared.Test proved the equipment is effective.
