颗粒阻尼板振动响应及功率流特性分析

【摘要】 本文从能量的观点出发,对非线性颗粒阻尼(简称NOPD)薄板结构振动响应及功率流特性进行了理论分析和仿真计算。推导了薄板结构振动功率流的表达式,将颗粒阻尼以等效质量和阻尼比的形式加入到结构中,利用ANSYS分析其模态特性,求解了该结构在简谐激励下的响应并由此得出结构的功率流特性。理论和仿真结果表明,薄板结构中填充NOPD可有效抑制板结构的振动功率流,尤其是共振频率附近的振动功率流,而抑制效果与颗粒的材料、填充率、激振力的幅值等因素有关。
【Abstract】 In terms of energy,this paper investigated extensively the vibration response and the characteristics of power flows of thin plates with Non-Obstructive Particle Damping with theoretical and simulation methods.The mathematical expressions of vibration power flows of thin plates are derived in this paper,which included the NOPD in the forms of equivalent quality and damping ratio.It analyzed the characteristics of the models of the plates,and calculated the vibration response under the simple harmonics excitation forces,and then derived the characteristics of power flows of the system.The theoretical and simulation results showed that NOPD reduced the power flows of the plates effectively,especially at resonant frequency.And the effect of reduction is related to the materials and filling ratios of NOPD,and the amplitude of excitation forces of the plates.
