乙醇汽油对汽油机性能的影响分析

【摘要】 论文从采用氧传感器反馈控制的电子燃油喷射系统的控制原理出发,分析了汽油机直接使用乙醇汽油混合燃料时,三元催化转化系统混合比工作范围的变化以及对其净化效果的影响。作者通过在465汽油发动机分别直接燃用E85和93#汽油进行性能试验并对比试验结果,分析了最大功率下降和燃油消耗率变化的原因,提出了发挥乙醇燃料优势的应用建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the control principle of the electronic fuel injection system adopted oxygen sensor feedback control,the change of the working range of the three-way catalyst system’s mixing ratio and the influence on it’ s purification efficiency were analyzed in this paper,when ethanol gasoline blends was used in a gasoline engine without any adjustment.With the comparison of the performance test result of a 465 gasoline engine directly fueled with E85 and 93#gasoline respectively,the reason of the decrease of maximum power and the change of fuel consumption rate were analyzed.The application suggestion of developing ethanol fuel’s advantage was also presented.
