一种新型强混合动力结构的控制策略

【摘要】 基于一种新型的单电动机、双离合器式强混合动力结构,建立了其车辆分层控制系统,制定了整车能量管理策略,并研究了行进中起动发动机过程的动态协调控制。通过自行开发的前向仿真系统对能量管理策略进行了验证,结果表明在NEDC循环工况下等效百公里油耗降低34%。同时通过动态台架试验,对行进中起动发动机的动态协调控制策略进行了验证。
【Abstract】 A layered control system is established for the vehicle with a new full hybrid powertrain structure consisting of an electric motor and two clutches.An energy management strategy is worked out and a dynamic concerted control for the process of engine start during driving is studied.The energy management strategy is validated by a self-developed forward simulation system with a result showing that a reduction in equivalent fuel consumption of around 34%at NEDC driving cycle is achieved.In addition,the concerted control strategy for engine start process with vehicle running is also verified by ebnch test.
