混合动力客车动力系统参数匹配与正交优化

【摘要】 针对某串联式混合动力城市客车(Series Hybrid Electric Bus,SHEB)结构和行驶工况特点,设计了一种综合式多能源动力系统控制策略,并基于Matlab/Advisor建立了SHEB的整车仿真模型。利用正交试验设计方法对动力系统控制参数和部件参数进行综合参数正交优化。最后对优化后的SHEB动力性和燃油经济性进行仿真和道路试验,结果表明:优化后的动力系统参数能满足整车性能要求,且燃油经济性比优化前提高了6.4%。

【Abstract】 The integrated power control strategy was presented based on the configuration of a series hybrid electric bus(SHEB) and the characteristics of different driving patterns.A simulation model of SHEB was established by Matlab/Advisor.The structural parameters and the control parameters were matched by an orthogonal test method introduced in this paper.The performance of the optimized SHEB were simulated and tested.The result showed that the system could meet the requirements of overall vehicle performance and the fuel consumption was reduced by 6.4%in compared with the non-optimized SHEB.
