基于ISAD技术混合动力汽车的控制策略及仿真分析

【摘要】 针对基于ISAD技术的汽车各部件的特性,根据系统的设计目标,建立了柴油机、ISG电动机和整车的数学模型,在实现柴油机、ISG电动机、蓄电池和传动系统最佳匹配的前提下,提出了以SOC、车速、柴油机转速、功率以及燃油经济性为主要参数的控制策略,分析了在起动、助力、充电等工况下ISAD系统的控制原理。利用Matlab/Simulink软件,根据控制策略在CYC ECE EUDC条件下进行了动力性仿真模拟。可以看出:本文提出的兼顾各方面运行要求的优化控制策略能够满足ISAD汽车的迅速起动,低速补偿转矩,加速提供辅助动力,充电功率恒定等要求,柴油机和ISG电动机工作点集中在高效率区域,SOC值维持在最佳工作区域,整车实现起步-助力-发电一体化的功能,并为进一步自主开发控制软件平台提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 This paper is introducing the work principle of the ISAD hybrid diesel engine working-principle and its character,aiming at the characteristic of each parts of system of ISAD and circulating the work condition,analyzing the controlling strategy of diesel engine of ISAD with SOC,car speed,power or the fuel economy for the main parameter.According to the design target of diesel engine ISAD system,it puts forward the homologous controlling strategy.Then it puts forward to make launch the engine electromotor storage battery and transmission system realization the best match,look after both sides the above-mentioned everyone to face to request excellent to turn to controlling strategy.And it simulates and researches the implement of controlling strategy under the different work conditions while conducts a simulation test on condition of CYC_ECE_EUDC.The result shows that the strategy meets the requirements of speedy starting,compensating torque in low speed and constant charging power.Both diesel and ISG are working on the region of high efficiency.It carries into effect of Integrated Starter Alternator Damper(ISAD),and provides a theoretical basis for further self-development of control software platform.
