基于SimulationX的发动机曲柄连杆机构动力学分析

【摘要】 本文基于面向对象的多物理领域联合仿真平台SimulationX建立发动机工作过程和曲柄连杆机构的统一物理模型,解决了如何真实模拟发动机一维燃烧和运动机构动力学联合模型的关键技术问题,实现了对某型号发动机曲柄连杆机构的多刚体系统动力学仿真分析,得到了相关载荷参数,为后续发动机整机振动噪声分析和预测提供了更为准确的边界条件,也为发动机的虚拟设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 A combined physical model of the operation process of engine and the crank and connection mechanism is presented based on a multi-domain simulation platform SimulationX which accords with the object-oriented modeling language Modelica.It solves the critical problem of how to truly simulate the 1D firing model and dynamics analysis of the engine together.The dynamical results of the crank and connection mechanism of a practical engine are obtained by the means of multi-body system simulation.The parameters of interaction forces after the simulation will be provided hopefully for the following analysis and prediction of the noise and vibration of the engine as the accurate boundary conditions.Meanwhile,the whole simulation process will be one of the evidence for the virtual design of the engine.
