缸盖螺栓预紧力对机体缸孔变形影响的研究

【摘要】 以493车用柴油机为研究对象,建立了研究缸孔变形的整体接触关系模型,提出了缸盖垫的非线性组合模型及缸套圆环模型,为整体接触模型的准确性和可行性提供了保障。对缸孔在缸盖螺栓预紧力下的变形进行数值模拟,并在相同状态下进行静态测量,既获得了缸孔变形的全面信息,为优化结构设计提供依据,同时对模型和边界条件进行了标定和验证,为进一步进行发动机在实际工作状况下缸孔变形的多场耦合模拟分析打下基础。
【Abstract】 With 493 automotive diesel engine as the research object,an integral contact relation model is established to analyze cylinder bore deformation.A non-linear combined model of cylinder head gasket and a cirque model of cylinder liners are put forward to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the integral contact relation model.Numerical simulation is applied to cylinder bore deformation under cylinder head bolt screw pre-moment and static measurements are made under the same conditions.Through these,comprehensive information on cylinder bore deformation is obtained,providing the basis for structural optimization designing,and the model and boundary conditions are calibrated and verified,making it possible to conduct further multi-field simulations of cylinder bore deformation under actual working conditions.
