着火促进剂对乙醇柴油燃烧特性的影响
Effect of Cetane Improver Additives on Combustion Characteristics of Ethanol Blended Diesel Fuel

【摘要】 本文在乙醇柴油E10中按照不同比例分别添加了着火促进剂——硝酸异辛酯(2-EHN)和二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP),在一台直列4缸增压中冷发动机上对混合燃料的着火性能以及混合燃料的动力性、经济性和排放性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,添加着火促进剂以后混合燃料的辛烷值提高,着火延迟期明显缩短,但发动机功率和比油耗变化不明显。两种着火促进剂对混合燃料的碳烟排放影响不大,对NO_x排放略有改善,在低负荷时对CO排放改善较明显,但对HC排放有不同的影响。
【Abstract】 Cetane improver additives,2-Ethylhexyl Nitrate(2-EHN) and Ditert-Butyl Peroxide(DTBP),were used separately and mixed with ethanol blended diesel fuel ElO by different volume fractions.To investigate the effects of cetane improver additives on ignition and combustion quality in a CI engine,a4-cylinder,supercharger-intercooler diesel engine was used.The results revealed that cetane number was increased by the application of additives which shortened the ignition delay duration significantly,but engine-out power and fuel consumption ratio remained almost the same level among different resulting blends.Soot and NO_x emission were changed slightly,CO emission was improved especially at low loads,meanwhile,DTBP had a negative influence on HC emission.
