轮边缓速器与摩擦制动器联合制动的仿真研究
Simulation on the United Braking of Wheel Retarder Brake and Friction Brake

【摘要】 本文分析了轮边缓速器与摩擦制动器联合制动的工作过程,推导了轮边缓速器的制动力矩公式,提出了乘用车联合制动的问题,建立了汽车制动的动力学模型,对轮边缓速器与主制动器联合制动进行仿真研究。根据速度信号对摩擦制动器系统液压大小进行控制,使得在高速的工况下,汽车产生适当的制动力矩,控制轮胎的滑移率,迅速降低了汽车行驶速度。联合制动具有汽车制动力矩上升快的优点,弥补了主制动器的制动时滞问题;而且联合制动时产生的制动力矩波动较小,具有良好的制动性能,将乘用车速度从140km/h降低到0km/h,仅使用了4.704 s,制动距离为91.43m,与ABS制动器的仿真结果相比,制动时间缩短了0.154 s,制动距离缩短了5.64m,提高了汽车的制动安全性。
【Abstract】 The working process of the united braking of wheel retarder brake and friction brake is introduced and the brake torque formula of wheel retarder is briefly deduced in this paper,the problem of car’s united brake is forward,the dynamic model of vehicle braking is established to simulate the united braking process of wheel retarder and friction brake.The input hydraulic pressure of friction brake can be controlled through vehicle speed signals.Thus when a car is at high speed,the appropriate brake torque is produced and the tire’s slip ratio is kept at the range of a perfect slip ratio so as to reduce the vehicle running speed,and to make it at the steady brake state.The united brake has the virtue that the brake torque ascends very rapidly,which makes up the friction brake’s time lag problem.In addition,the fluctuation of the united brake’s braking torque is much smaller,thus its braking performance is better,it only takes4.704 s to slow down the vehicle from 140km/h to 0km/h,and the brake distance is just 91.43 m.Comparing with the result of ABS’s simulation,the brake time reduces by 0.154 s,and the distance reduces by 5.64 m.Therefore,the safety of the vehicle is well enhanced by the united brake.
