AMESim在电动液压转向系统转向平顺性研究中的应用

【摘要】 为了满足电动液压助力转向(EHPS)系统在转向助力时的平顺性要求,提出了无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)调速系统模糊PID控制方法。论述了模糊PID控制策略以及模糊控制器的设计过程并设计了模糊PID控制器。利用AMESim和Simulink联合仿真技术建立了电动液压转向系统模型,进行了对电动机目标电流的跟踪响应仿真、电动机转速特性仿真和EHPS系统的转向平顺性仿真。仿真结果表明:基于直流电动机调速系统模糊PID控制的电动机比传统PID控制的电动机具有更好的静态、动态特性,从而使得EHPS系统具有更好的转向平顺性。
【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the performance of smooth steering characteristic of EHPS system,a method based on Fuzzy-PID control was presented which was suitable for BLDCM.The Strategy of the Fuzzy-PID and the process of Fuzzy-PID controller were dissertated,then a Fuzzy-PID controller was designed.The EHPS model was established in AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink to make simulation with tracking of object current,rotary speed character of BLDCM and smooth steering of EHPS.The result of Simulation indicated that the BLDCM based on Fuzzy-PID Strategy had a better static and dynamic characteristics than the BLDCM based on PID Strategy,so the EHPS system had a better smooth steering characteristic.
