用于车身连接的自冲铆接过程的实验研究

【摘要】 自冲铆接是汽车结构中一项板料连接的新型技术。钢板和铝板具有不同的熔点而不易焊接,使得自冲铆接技术有望代替使用在钢材连接上的一般的电焊方法。本文利用分步实验的方法探讨了半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺的可行性。使用Matlab软件处理实验数据,绘制出位移—载荷曲线。运用对比实验结果和曲线的方法,探讨了铆钉长度和表面硬度、模具凸台高度和直径、板料厚度等主要工艺参数对自冲铆接过程的影响,得到一般性结论。
【Abstract】 The self-piercing riveting is a young technology for joining sheet metals in automotive structures.It is hopeful as replacement of spot resistance welding generally used for the joint of steel sheets,because the different melting point between aluminum and steel.The feasibility of self-piercing riveting was experimentally validated by the way of step-by-step experiment in this paper.The data of the experiment was processed with Matlab to draw out the curve of displacement-force.The influences of the main process variables,such as the length of the rivet,the height of the central bulge,were discussed to conclude the general result.
