轿车车内“轰鸣”噪声控制研究
Research on Control of Boom Noise in the Interior of the Car

【摘要】 本文系统研究了某轿车发动机振动引起噪声的控制问题,以改善特定发动机转速范围出现的明显"轰鸣"声为主要控制目标。经急加减速工况试验分析,明确了发动机二阶振动为主要"轰鸣"噪声源。进而对该共鸣声的产生机理进行了分析,明确了是由于发动机二阶振动激励,导致顶棚结构模态与声腔声学模态相互耦合共振,产生"轰鸣"噪声。在此基础上,通过改进顶棚结构来控制顶棚振动,经试验验证,取得了良好的减振降噪效果。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the car’s vibration and noise control research mainly generated by engine,aiming at effective boom noise reduction at certain engine speed.The second order engine vibration was identified as the main source of boom noise through abruptly accelerating and decelerating experiments.After generation mechanism analysis of the boom noise,the generation mechanism of resonance noise is revealed;the structural vibrating mode of roof,and acoustic mode of cavity are coupled and resonate at particular range of frequencies.Change of roof structure is verified to be effective to reduce roof vibration and thus boom noise by experiments.
