汽油机进、排气道的CFD分析及改进
CFD Analysis and Improvement of Gasoline Engine Intake and Exhaust Port

【摘要】 为提高某汽油机的进、排气道流通性能,利用三维流体动力学软件AVL-Fire,采用SIMPLE算法对其进行了稳流试验台的三维数值模拟计算。通过对气道原方案的流场和湍流动能分析,发现其结构不合理之处,并依据实际要求对其提出了改进,然后对进、排气道新方案重新进行了模拟分析,结果表明初步改进后的气道在流通特性上取得明显的提高。
【Abstract】 To improve the performance of the intake and exhaust ports for some practical gasoline engine,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of steady air flows was performed with CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software AVL-Fire with SIMPLE method.The inconsequence figure design of the ports was found by analyzing the flow field and the turbulent kinetic energy,and a new design method based upon practical requests was put forward.It was showed that the improved ports performed better in flow Characteristics.
