发动机连杆裂解加工技术开发及应用
Fracture Splitting Technique of Engine Con-rod and Its Application

【摘要】 连杆裂解加工技术具有精密、优质、高效、降低成本、提高装配质量等优点。本文阐述了连杆裂解加工原理,对锻造温度与锻后控冷对连杆力学性能的影响、裂纹槽参数与主要加工方法、裂解及装配螺栓等关键工序中影响加工质量的因素等技术问题进行了探讨。介绍了自行研制的裂纹槽激光加工数控机床和连杆裂解机床。实践结果表明,采用上述设备完全满足连杆裂解技术的要求,且投资少、适用范围广,为推广该项新技术提供了有力支持。
【Abstract】 Fracture splitting technology of con-rod can reduce dramatically production costs and processing time by eliminating some machining operations,give significant improvement in manufacturing precision and assembling quality.The paper described the principle of fracture splitting,discussed technique details such as the influence of forging temperature and post-forging cooling on mechanics performance,stress-raising groove parameters and processing methods,adverse factors of quality in notching,fracture separating and assembling bolt.The self-developed NC laser notching machine and fracture splitting machine for con-rod production were illustrated.The application shows that above automatic machines give forceful support to generalize the use of the new technique,satisfy requirements of con-rod fracture splitting and have significance in saving facilities investment and flexible product range.
