基于机器视觉的汽车轮毂识别系统
Automobile Wheel Classification System Based on Machine Vision

【摘要】 本文主要研究了一种机器视觉系统,这种系统能够识别不同款式、不同型号的多种汽车轮毂。其识别的基本步骤有:图像采集、图像预处理、特征提取和识别分类。该识别方法可以实现多种轮毂在传送带上随机混流的状态下的自动识别分类,有效识别正确率在99%以上。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the design and implementation of a machine vision system for identifying various of automotive wheels which are manufactured in several styles and size.The basic steps for identification include image acquisition,pretreatment of image,extraction of selected feature and classification.This vision system was designed to provide the required identification of a variety of wheels on a conveyor in random order.And the identification accuracy is greater than 99 percent.
