重型牵引车制动热性能试验研究
Experimental Research on Heavy-Duty Tractor Heat Performance of Brake

【摘要】 从理论上分析了汽车制动过程中的能量转化过程,建立了由整车动能转化为制动热能而引起制动器温度升高的热计算模型,计算结果同国家强制性标准中规定的连续制动试验引起的制动器温升试验有较好的一致性。同时应用建立的制动器热计算模型对某重型牵引车在不同车速下的制动散热性能进行了研究,以制动降温时间和对流散热系数这两个参数来综合评价制动器的散热能力,根据试验结果得出了该车型的对流散热系数与车速的指数经验公式,并由连续制动试验进行了验证。
【Abstract】 Theoretical analyzed the processing of energy transformation during heavy-duty tractors brake,a heat model was established that calculated values of brake drum temperature rise for energy transformation from the entire vehicle kinetic to the brake heat,and the result of account was consistent with the result of national compulsory standard of continuous brake test.And dissipated heat performance of one tractor is studied with this heat model during various vehicle speeds,heat descend and convection coefficient are set as two score parameters of drum heat diffusivity,exponential formula of this tractor between convection coefficient and speed is obtained from dissipated heat experimentation and validated by continuous brake test.
