【摘要】 随着国家对环境保护逐步加强管理,针对机动车噪声的法规限值也进一步加严。为使汽车车外加速噪声更好地符合国家标准要求,结合部分典型车型进行了降噪的理论和试验研究。以典型车型为研究对象,通过运用噪声测试和频谱分析相结合的方法,识别其主要噪声源。根据噪声源识别结果,提出对发动机、发动机舱、消声器进行改进的综合降噪方案,并在汽车产品生产制造过程中得以体现,取得了良好的效果,不仅有效降低噪声污染,而且提高了产品技术水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the environmental protection has been gradually strengthened by the government,the standard limit values which aim at controlling automobile noise also have been further improved.In order to meet the national standard requirement of acceleration noise limit value for heavy duty truck,theoretical and experimental studies on reducing noise have been carried out with several typical types of heavy duty trucks.Acceleration noise test and spectrum analyser are used for identifying the main noise source of the typical heavy duty trucks.According to identification results of the noise source and taken into consideration of engines,engine compartments,muffler,noise reducing projects are,put forward.After the implementation of noise reducing project in the production,good effects are obtained.Not only has the noise pollution been effectively reduced,but also has the product technique level been improved.更多还原
