基于BIM技术的混凝土结构配筋精益化设计分析

【摘要】 BIM技术的优势之一在于不同专业的协同配合。目前的平法施工图与可直接指导施工的钢筋配置信息存在一定的沟壑,结合BIM技术,探讨了混凝土结构配筋的精益化设计方法及其优缺点。结果表明,利用BIM可视化技术、实体配筋技术,可有效实现结构设计与施工的无缝衔接;根据模拟退火算法,结合不同的钢筋定长,可对钢筋下料方案进行有效的优化。不足之处在于实体配筋较为繁琐,工作量过大。
【Abstract】 Collaborative design is one of the advantages of BIM technology.Considering the gap between PIEM and supplication of detailed information of reinforcement during construction,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of detailed reinforcement simulation based on BIM.And some conclusions are drawn:firstly,seamless connection can be achieved between design and construction utilizing BIM technology;and secondly,obvious optimization on different schemes of reinforced materials can be realized based on simulated annealing algorithm with different length of reinforcement;and the disadvantage is that the process of detailed reinforcement simulation is cockamamie and time-consuming as well.
