【摘要】 目的:观察失眠症伴记忆力减退患者事件相关电位P300特点。方法:2009年3月-2010年4月收集上海市中医医院失眠专科失眠症伴记忆力减退患者92例。以"心烦、易怒、紧张不安"为情志症状群。同时对患者作总体衰退量表和事件相关电位P.300检测,再对数据进行统计分析。结果:与68例正常人比较,失眠症伴记忆力减退患者事件相关电位N2、P3峰潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05),P3波幅明显降低(P<0.05);无情志症状群的失眠症伴记忆力减退患者P2、P3波幅较有情志症状群者明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:P300可作为失眠症伴记忆力减退患者认知功能辅助评价工具,"心烦、易怒、紧张不安"情志症状群和P3波幅相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the characteristics of the event-related potentials P300 in insomnia with memory complaint.Methods:92 insomnia patients with memory complaint were observed between 2009 March and 2010 April at the insomnia Clinic of Shanghai TCM hospital.The psychological syndrome were defined by "Palpitation,irritable,tension" symptoms.GDS and P300 were detected.The related data were analyzed.Results:Compared to 68 healthy controls,N2 and P3 peak latency of Insomnia with memory complaint were significantly delayed;P3 amplitude reduced;The mean amplitudes of P2、P3 of the patient with psychological syndrome were significantly higher than the others’ without psychological syndrome.Conclusion:P300 potentials can be used an important indicator of clinical application to understand the cognitive state of Insomnia with memory complaint.The psychological syndrome was an influence to the P300 of insomnia with memory complaint.更多还原
