饲料脂肪水平对拟目乌贼生长前期生长性能和肌肉成分的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨饲料脂肪水平对拟目乌贼生长前期的生长性能和肌肉成分的影响。以鱼油和大豆卵磷脂为主要脂肪源配制成脂肪水平分别为3.68%、4.15%、6.62%、8.09%、9.56%、11.03%的试验饲料。选取初始体质量(6.50±0.04)g的拟目乌贼600只,随机分成6组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。结果显示:拟目乌贼的相对增重率、特定生长率、成活率均呈现先上升后稳定的趋势,均在饲料脂肪水平为9.56%时达到最佳,除与脂肪水平为8.09%和11.03%时差异不显著(P>0.05)外,与其他各组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。饲料系数随脂肪水平的升高呈先降后升的趋势,在8.09%时达到最低值,显著低于除11.03%组外的其它各组。饲料脂肪水平对肥满度与肝体比影响不显著(P>0.05)。肌肉粗蛋白质在饲料脂肪水平为9.56%时含量最高,显著高于除11.03%组外的其他各组(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量最低,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);而肌肉水分和粗灰分含量不受饲料脂肪水平的影响(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to determine the effect of dietary fat level on growth performance and muscle composition of Sepia lycidas during the early growth period. Fish oil and soybean lecithin are used as fat sources to formulate six experimental diets at various fat levels(3.68%, 4.15%, 6.62%, 8.09%, 9.56%, 11.03%). A total of 600 Sepia lycidas individuals with an average body weight of(6.50±0.04)g were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 5 replicates per group and 20 individuals per replicate. The results showed as follows: at the fat level of 9.56%, Sepia lycidas had the optimum growth, including weight gain rate(WGR), special gain rate(SGR) and survival rate(SR), and there were significant differences between 9.56% fat group and other groups(P﹤0.05) with exception of 8.09% and 11.03% group(P﹥0.05). Along with the increase of dietary fat level, the feed conversion ratio(FC) was firstly declined and then rose, and the lowest value was found at 8.09 % fat level which significantly lower than other groups(P﹤0.05) with exception of 11.03% group(P﹥0.05). The condition factor(CF) and hepatosomatic index(HIS) in muscle were insusceptible to dietary fat level(P﹥0.05).
