象山港黑鲷耳石微量元素分布特征研究

【摘要】 本研究以2014年象山港水域采集到的黑鲷样本为对象,利用激光剥蚀电感等离子质谱法(LA-ICP-MS),分析了181尾黑鲷耳石不同部位Sr、Mg元素的组成及其分布特征。结果表明:Sr含量在黑鲷耳石矢状面上呈均匀分布,耳石核心至边缘Sr/Ca比值稳定在2.2±0.18。Mg含量在黑鲷耳石矢状面上的分布有两种类型,Ⅰ型耳石为核心高镁型,核心Mg/Ca比值范围为0.7-1.2;Ⅱ型耳石为核心低镁型,核心Mg/Ca比值范围为0.2-0.4。I型黑鲷比例为83.98%,Ⅱ型黑鲷为13.26%。Ⅰ型黑鲷耳石从核心到边缘Mg/Ca比值逐渐减小,至次生核位置趋于稳定。Mg元素可选作为区分野生与养殖黑鲷的关键指示元素。
【Abstract】 Weanalyzed otolith microchemistry of 181 Sparusmacrocephlusfrom xiangshan harbor in 2014. The LA-ICP-MS technique was used to analyze the element Sr and Mg abundance in otolith. The results indicate that :(1) the Sr abundance present uniform distribution from the core to the edge of the otolith, the Sr/Ca value was about 2.2±0.18;(2) But the Mg abundance appeared two patterns, the first pattern otolith we namedⅠ-pattern comes a high Mg abundance core, the Mg/Ca value ranges about 0.7~1.2. The second one we named Ⅱ-pattern do not show up the Mg/Ca peak, it is about 0.2~0.4. TheⅠ-pattern otoliths account for 83.98%, the Ⅱ-pattern otoliths were about 13.26%. The Mg abundance decreased from the core to the edge of theⅠ-pattern otoliths, but stabilized around the secondary nucleus. We suppose that the Mg would be the key element chose to distinguish the wild and the aquaculture Sparusmacrocephlus.
