海州湾鱼类群落生物量谱研究

【摘要】 生物量谱是表示群落生物量或数量与个体大小关系的曲线,标准化生物量谱的斜率和截距或高度是反映生态系统结构和功能的重要指标,常用于水生生态系统健康状况评价。本研究根据2011、2013和2014年春、秋季在海州湾进行的渔业资源调查数据,研究了该水域鱼类群落生物量谱的结构特征及其时空变异性。结果表明:鱼类群落生物量谱具有显著的时空变异性。春季生物量谱的斜率、截距以及高度在不同年间差异显著,秋季斜率、截距以及高度在不同年间均无显著性差异。春季生物量谱的斜率小于秋季的,春季截距值大于秋季,但高度无显著性季节差异。20m以浅海域生物量谱斜率最大,30m以深海域次之,20~30m海域斜率最小。截距与斜率成显著负相关关系,但与高度无显著相关性。洄游性鱼类和当年生幼鱼等补充群体数量对生物量谱的斜率和截距具有明显影响。
【Abstract】 Biomass size spectra is the curve showing the relationship between the whole biomass or abundance and the individual body mass, and the slope, intercept or height of the normalized biomass size spectra(NBSS) are important ecological indicators, which are commonly used to evaluate the aquatic ecosystem health. Based on the data from the fishery resources surveys conducted in spring and fall in 2011, 2013 and 2014, the NBSS pattern and its spatial and temporal variability for the fish assemblage in the waters were examined. The results showed that NBSS had significant spatial and temporal variability. The slope, intercept and height of the NBSS in spring were significantly different, however, the three parameters in fall were not significantly different in different years. The slope in spring was less than that in fall, and the intercept value in spring was greater than that in fall for a same year, but there was no significant difference for height in spring and fall. The slope of the NBSS of fish assemblage was the largest in waters less than 20 m, followed by that in waters more than 30 m, and that in waters between 20 m and 30 m was the least. The slope was significantly negatively correlated with intercept, but not significantly correlated with height of the NBSS of the fish assemblage. The migratory fish species and young of the year of some species played leading roles in NBSS, which affected the slope and intercept of the NBSS of fish assemblage in Haizhou Bay.
