长江口及其邻近水域仔稚鱼分布与环境因子的关系分析
Relationship between the distribution of fish larvae and juveniles and environmental factors in the Yangtze River Estuary and adjacent waters

【摘要】 2014年6月,利用浅水Ⅰ型浮游生物网对长江口及其临近水域仔稚鱼种类组成与数量分布进行了调查。在23个站点,分涨、落潮水平拖网并同步检测环境因子,共获得仔稚鱼样品232尾。经鉴定样本隶属于8目12科21种,以鲈形目占优共11种,占52.38%,其次为鲤形目有6种,其余各目均有一种。主要优势种有凤鲚(Coilia mystus)、贝氏?(Hemiculter bleeker)和油?(Hemiculter bleekeri warpachowsky),仔稚鱼样本主要分布在以S22为中心的长江口东部海域。环境因子和涨、落潮仔稚鱼数量和种类进行spearman相关分析表明:涨、落潮仔稚鱼丰度和种类与温度显著正相关,与溶解氧显著负相关;水深和落潮仔稚鱼种类和丰度显著正相关,和涨潮仔稚鱼种类显著正相关和丰度无相关性;另外流速和涨潮仔稚鱼种类和丰度显著正相关,和落潮仔稚鱼种类显著正相关和丰度无相关性。
【Abstract】 The surveys of the categories composition and distributional patterns of fish larvae and juveniles in the Yangtze River estuary were carried out in June 2014. Horizontal trawling simultaneous detection of environmental factors at 23 stations. According to the investigation results: 232 of fish larvae and juveniles were collected, which belong to 21 species, 12 families and 8 orders,. Perciformes was the most diverse order, with 11 species, accounting for 52.38%, and the second group was Cypriniformes with 6 species, while all other groups all had 1 specie. The main preponderant species were Coilia mystus, Hemiculter bleeker and Hemiculter bleekeri warpachowsky. Samples are mainly distributed in the eastern part of the Yangtze Estuary, which is based on the 22 th station. Spearman‘s correlation analyses between environmental factors and categories and abundance of fish larvae and juveniles in the tide showed that the categories and abundance of the fish larvae and juveniles in the flood and ebb tides positively correlated with temperature but negatively correlated with DO significantly; Depth positively correlated with the categories and abundance of the fish larvae and juveniles in the ebb tide as well as the categories in the flood tide significantly, but have no relationship with abundance; furthermore the water speed positively correlated with the categories of fish larvae and juveniles and abundance in the flood tide and categories in the ebb tide significantly but no relationship with abundance.
