工厂化循环水中养殖密度对大菱鲆生长的影响

【摘要】 为了评估工厂化循环水养殖中密度对大菱鲆生长的影响,本实验将大菱鲆(初重:70.0±5 g)分3个密度养殖80天。低密度(5.13±0.03 kg/m2):2200尾/池;中密度(7.71±0.11 kg/m2):3300尾/池;高密度(10.8±0.12 kg/m2):4,600尾/池。养殖80天后,3个密度分别为:13.2±0.10、19.9±0.15和25.7±0.12 kg/m2。同时大菱鲆体质量、体长、特定生长率、绝对生长率、饵料系数以及个体差异系数在不同密度中出现显著变化。该研究表明在循环水系统中,大菱鲆适合高密度养殖,然而过高的密度会抑制其生长
【Abstract】 This study aimed to assess the effects of stocking density on growth as well as antioxidant status and physiological response of juvenile turbot reared in a land-based recirculating aquaculture system(RAS). Turbot(average initial weight 70.0 ± 5 g) were reared at three different initial densities(LD, 5.13± 0.03; MD, 7.71± 0.11 and HD, 10.8± 0.12 kg/m2) for 80 days. At the end of this trial, the final densities were 13.2 ± 0.10, 19.9 ± 0.15 and 25.7 ± 0.12 kg/m2 in LD, MD and HD groups, respectively. The growth performance including body weight(BW), standard length(SL), absolute growth rate(AGR), specific growth rate(SGR), feed conversion ratio(FCR) and coefficient of variation for weight(CVw) were adversely influenced by high stocking density(P < 0.05). In conclusion, the present study presented the possibility for turbot(80-180g) on-growing at high stocking density in commercial recirculation aquaculture system. However, excessive stocking density reduced growth performance.
