【摘要】 青海湖裸鲤(Gymnocypris przewalskii)生长缓慢,生活在低钙环境盐碱湖中。为了研究裸鲤对低钙环境的适应规律,本研究设置5个不同钙离子浓度{0.38mg/L(G1)、3.78mg/L(G2)、11.35mg/L(G3)、37.63mg/L(G4淡水组)、113.46mg/L(G5对照组)}的水环境,对青海湖裸鲤进行60d的饲育试验,探索不同钙离子浓度水环境对该鱼血液、组织的离子调节和能量收支的影响。结果表明:低钙水环境中钙离子浓度对青海湖裸鲤幼鱼血液中的离子含量、脊柱和粪便中的钙离子含量、摄食能、排泄能以及生长能的作用明显:(1)血液中钙离子含量G1、G2和G3组显著低于G5对照组,依次表现为G1<G2≦G3<G5,且与淡水组无差异。(2)组织中除了脊柱钙含量变化显著外,其它组织没有差异性变化,表现为G1<G5。(3)粪便中钙离子含量G1、G2、G3和G4组之间没有显著性,但与对照组G5差异显著。(4)能值表现为摄食能、排泄能以及生长能随水环境中的钙离子浓度降低而减少,其中G1组显著低于G5组。综合青海湖裸鲤幼鱼血液、组织、粪便中的钙离子含量和能值发生的显著变化,说明低钙水环境对青海湖裸鲤幼鱼的离子调节和能量代谢产生了一定的影响,进而限制了青海湖裸鲤幼鱼的生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gymnocypris przewalskii is a commercially important fish that is endemic to Qinghai Lake, a low calcium and high saline-alkaline environment. This specie is growth slowly. In order to study the influence of low environmental calcium ion concentration on ionic regulation and energy budget of Gymnocypris przewalskii, juvenile G. Przewalskii was raised in 5 different calcium ion concentration of water environment 0.38mg/L(G1), 3.78mg/L(G2), 11.35mg/L(G3), 37.63mg/L(G4), 113.46mg/L(G5). The results showed: blood calcium concentration, calcium ion concentration of vertebral bone and feces, ingestion energy, excrete energy, growth energy was effected significantly by low calcium water environment and the group 0.38mg/L(G1)was the significantly lower than control group 113.46mg/L(G5). Ingestion energy, excrete energy, growth energy, also decreased with the decrease of water calcium. Significant changes of calcium ion concentration in blood, tissue, feces and energy metabolism showed that juvenile G. Przewalskii was growing slowly in low calcium water environment.更多还原
