温度对点篮子鱼幼鱼代谢酶活性的影响

【摘要】 为探讨点篮子鱼幼鱼在不同温度条件下肝脏内的代谢酶活性变化规律,本实验采用逐步降温的方法设置19℃、23℃、27℃和31℃4个温度处理组进行研究。结果表明,GPT和GOT、LPL和HL活性均随温度下降呈升高趋势;随温度下降SDH和CS活性呈先升后降的趋势,23℃组酶活性显著高于19℃和31℃组(P<0.05);19℃组GOT和GPT、PK和HK、LPL和HL活性显著高于27℃和31℃组(P<0.05),LDH活性显著低于其余各温度组(P<0.05),其余各温度组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。以上结果显示,19℃已超过点篮子鱼幼鱼的适温范围,鱼体基础代谢较高,较多地利用脂肪供能,以抵抗低温环境;且较少以无氧代谢途径供能。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of water temperature on metabolic enzymes activity of juvenile siganus guttatas, we measured the activities of liver metabolic enzymes(GPT, GOT, PK, HK, LDH, LPL, HL, SDH, CS) in different temperatures(19℃, 23℃, 27℃, 31℃). The results show that, GPT and GOT, LPL and HL activities were tended to increase with the temperature drop; CS and SDH activity was first increased and then decreased with temperature drop, 23℃ group activity was significantly higher than 19℃and 31℃ group(P<0.05); 19℃ group GOT and GPT, PK and HK, LPL and HL activity was significantly higher than 27℃ and 31℃ group(P<0.05), LDH activity was significantly lower than the rest of the temperature group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between the rest of the temperature groups. These results showed that 19℃has been exceeded the suitable temperature range of juvenile fish. in order to resist the low temperature environment stress the basal metabolism of 19℃ group is higher than other temperature groups, fish use more fat and less anaerobic metabolic pathways for energy.
