不同生长时期乌龟(♀)×黑颈乌龟(♂)杂交F1代形态性状与体质量的相关性及通径分析

【摘要】 选择不同生长时期的乌龟(♀)×黑颈乌龟(♂)杂交F1代共360只,测定了体质量、背甲长、背甲宽、壳高、腹甲长等17个形态性状,采用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析研究了形态性状对体质量的影响效果。结果表明,除个别性状外,所测量形态性状与体质量的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);通径分析显示背甲长、背甲宽、壳高、腹甲长、腹甲后半部长和甲桥长对体质量的通经系数达到显著水平,它们是直接影响体质量的重要性状,其中背甲长和壳高是影响体质量的共同性状;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有一致的变化趋势;在不同生长时期,各形态性状对雌、雄杂种龟体质量的直接影响是不同的;利用逐步回归分析方法分别建立了雌、雄杂种龟各两个年龄组的多元回归方程。

【Abstract】 The effects of morphometric traits on body mass of hybrid turtle(Chinemys reevesii♀×Chinemys nigricans♂) at different growth stage were analyzed by using correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression. Data for this study were collected from 360 young turtles, including 180 female and 180 male. 17 morphometric attributes including body mass(Y), Carapace length(X1), carapace width(X2), body height(X3), plastron length(X4) were measured. The results showed that in addition to the individual trait, most correlation coefficients of the Hybrid turtles between each morphometric trait and body mass achieved very significant difference levels(P<0.01). The path coefficient analysis revealed a truthful relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The path coefficients(Pi) of Carapace length(X1), carapace width(X2), body height(X3), plastron length(X4), posterior part of plastron length(X5), bridge length(X9) to the body mass have all reached a level of significance. These attributes are very indicative of determining the body mass,especially Carapace length(X1) and body height(X3) of which are common attributes. The diversification of determination coefficients(di) is consistent with that of path coefficients(Pi). The path analysis at the two stages showed that the effect of morphometric traits on body mass was different at different stage. The multiple regression equation relating the body mass of the female and male hybrid turtles at different stage were established.
