【摘要】 2014年和2015年6月~8月,某养殖场珍珠龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelusfuscoguttatus♀3Epinepheluslanceolatus♂)鱼苗因"皮肤溃疡病"而大量死亡。病鱼活力较差,趴于池底不动,摄食力下降,尾柄、皮肤及口颚部发红、出血、溃疡。从病鱼体内分离到优势菌ML01,通过菌落特征、菌体电镜观察、API鉴定、多位序列(16S r DNA、rec A、rop A、pyr H)分析,将ML01鉴定为哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)。对健康的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼苗施行皮肤创伤后,用初始浓度2.753101cfu/ml的ML01菌株浸泡感染,14天内感染组鱼死亡率高达66.67%,病鱼呈现明显的皮肤溃疡症状,体内也可分离到相同的哈维氏弧菌。由此证实ML01菌株为珍珠龙胆石斑鱼"皮肤溃疡病"的病原。珍珠龙胆石斑鱼苗腹腔注射ML01,半数致死量(LD50)为1.103106cfu/ml。药敏结果表明,菌株ML01对头孢曲松、多西环素、米诺环素3种药物高度敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the summer(June through August) of 2014 and 2015, a ?skin ulcer disease‘ with high mortalityoccurredin cultured hybrid grouper Epinephelusfuscoguttatus(♀) 3Epinepheluslanceolatus(♂)in a grouper hatchery. Diseased fish showed anorexia, ulceration or haemorrhage in caudal peduncle, skin and mouth jaw. A bacterial isolate ML01 was isolated from livers of moribund fish suffered from severe skin ulceration and then was identified as the Vibrio harveyiby bacterial morphological observation, API system and multiple sequence(16S r DNA, rec A,rop A andpyr H)analysis. Experimental infection confirmed that isolate ML01 was the causal agent of ?skin ulcer disease‘. The LD50 of ML01 was 1.103106cfu/ml by intraperitoneal injection. The antibiotic sensitivity test indicated that ML01 showed high sensitivity to ceftriaxone, doxycycline and minocycline.更多还原
