壬基酚对菲律宾蛤仔内脏团的生态毒性效应

【摘要】 为得到壬基酚(NP)对菲律宾蛤仔内脏团抗氧化系统的毒性,采用半静态毒性试验方法,在不同的曝毒时间和释放后对内脏团的多种酶的酶活进行测定。长期曝毒实验设置A(1.6μg·L-1)、B(5.04μg·L-1)、C(15.88μg·L-1)和D(50μg·L-1)4个NP质量浓度组和空白对照组。结果显示NP对菲律宾蛤仔的96h-LC50为0.469 mg·L-1。胁迫期间:菲律宾蛤仔内脏团SOD活性呈先诱导后抑制再升高的变化趋势,15 d时只有D浓度组的SOD活性略有升高。CAT和POD活性在各个浓度组剂量效应变化趋势不明显,15 d时两种酶活性几乎均被诱导。GST活性呈现先诱导后抑制的变换趋势,15 d时GST活性被极显著抑制(P<0.01)。释放期间:释放15 d后只有A浓度组POD活性恢复正常,其他四个浓度组的各项指标均未恢复正常。研究表明NP对菲律宾蛤仔内脏团具有明显的毒性效应。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain the toxicity of nonylphenol(NP) on antioxidant system of the R. philippinarum’s visceral mass, the method of semi-static toxicity test was used. The enzyme activity of several enzymes were measured in different exposure times and after the release of toxic. There were four NP chronic exposure groups: A(1.6 μg · L-1), B(5.04 μg · L-1), C(15.88 μg · L-1), D(50μg· L-1), and a blank control group. The result showed that the 96h-LC50 of NP on R. philippinarum was 0.469 mg · L-1. During the stress period, SOD activity of R. philippinarum visceral mass was induced firstly, then was inhibited and at last increased. The SOD activity had a slightly raise only in group D at the time of Day 15. The dose effect trends of CAT activity and POD activity was not obvious and they were induced at Day 15. GST activity was induced firstly and then inhibited, and it was inhibited significantly(P<0.01) at Day 15. During the releasing period of NP, all the indicators of the three groups had not become normal level except the POD activity in group A after 15 day’s release. The study suggests that NP has obvious toxic influence on the visceral mass of R. philippinarum.
