【摘要】 对湖州地区患"溃疡综合征"的黄颡鱼开展病原研究,从典型濒死的病样体内分离到1株优势菌TH0426,通过人工感染试验成功复制"溃疡综合征"症状,证明该优势菌为黄颡鱼"溃疡综合征"病原菌,其半数致死量(LD50)为3.98×104CFU。对病原菌进行了形态特征、理化特性及分子生物学等方面的综合分析,结果表明该病原菌为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)。药敏试验结果显示头孢曲松、利福平、四环素、多粘菌素B、氟苯尼考、头孢噻吩、强力霉素、头孢西丁、诺氟沙星、头孢拉定、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢西丁、氟罗沙星和恩诺沙星等15种药物对该菌有较好的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied pathogen on Ulcerative Disease Syndrome(UDS)of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. A bacterical strain, TH0426, was isolated from diseased Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. An artificial infection test showed that TH0426 was the pathogen on(UDS)of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and the LD50 was about 3.98×104CFU. Based on its morphological, physiologial and biochemical charateristics and 16 S r DNA molecular analysis were carried out for the strain TH0426 was Aeromonas veronii. The drug sensitivty test indicated that TH0426 was susceptible to 15 k inds of antibiotics, including Ceftriaxone Sodium, rifampicintablets, tetracycline, Polymyxin B sulfate, florfeniol, ceftofur, doxycycline, norfloxacin, cefradex, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, cefoxitin, feroxacin and enrofloxacin.更多还原
