鲍养殖环境中细菌数量变化及其与环境因子的关系

【摘要】 为获知鲍养殖水中细菌数量变化及其与环境因子的关系,实验采用荧光显微镜计数法和培养法对细菌进行了研究。结果显示,养殖水中全年细菌密度2.9×105~7.9×105CFU·m L-1,弧菌全年密度0.2×102~6.0×103 CFU·m L-1。在高温期细菌密度与盐度呈极显著正相关(r=0.999,P<0.01),弧菌密度与盐度呈显著负相关(r=﹣0.593,P<0.05)。在低温期细菌密度与温度呈显著正相关(r=0.776,P<0.05),与溶氧呈显著负相关(r=﹣0.615,P<0.05),与氧化还原电位呈极显著负相关(r=﹣0.846,P<0.01),与亚硝酸盐呈显著正相关(r=0.765,P<0.05);弧菌密度与理化因子无相关性。研究表明,在不同时期,细菌总数与弧菌数量相关程度不同,影响细菌和弧菌数量的主导因子也不同。

【Abstract】 To learn the quantity of bacteria in farming seawater for disk abalone(Haliotis discus hannai) and its relationship with environmental factors, bacteria were investigated by fluorescence microscopy count method and culture method. The results show that the bacteria density throughout the whole year varies from 2.9×105 to 7.9×105 CFU·m L-1 and the vibrio density throughout the year varies from 0.2×102CFU·m L-1 to 6.03×103 CFU·m L-1. The bacteria density has a significant positive correlation with salinity(r = 0.999, P < 0.01), and the Vibrio density has a significantly negative correlation with salinity(r =- 0.593, P < 0.05) in high temperature period. The bacteria density has a significant positive correlation with temperature(r = 0.776, P < 0.05), has a significant negative correlation with dissolved oxygen(r =- 0.615, P < 0.05), has a significant negative correlation with the redox potential(r =- 0.846, P < 0.01), has a significant positive correlation with nitrite(r = 0.765, P < 0.05); and the Vibrio density has no significant correlation with physical and chemical factors in the low temperature period. The research shows that correlation between quantity of bacteria and vibrio is different, and the dominant factors that affect the quantity of bacteria and vibrio is also different during different period.
