一种复合益生菌对斜带石斑鱼生长及免疫特性影响的研究

【摘要】 以一种由光合细菌、短小芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌按照20%、2%和78%质量百分比组成的复合益生菌拌喂斜带石斑鱼30d,以探讨其对斜带石斑鱼生长及免疫特性影响的研究。结果表明,三个不同复合益生菌用量组石斑鱼的体增重率、体增长率和肥满度均有显著提高,饲料系数均显著下降;各免疫特性指标中,血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、总抗氧化酶(T-AOC)和溶菌酶活力显著升高,总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力升高极显著;复合益生菌饲料对哈维氏弧菌攻毒后石斑鱼的保护率显著提升。这说明,实验复合益生菌饲料可有效促进石斑鱼的生长和体增重,降低饵料系数,显著提升石斑鱼非特异性免疫相关指标,但10g/kg、30g/kg和50g/kg等不同用量组间差异不显著,需要进一步确定复合益生菌的合适用量。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of a compound probiotics on growth and immunity characteristics of grouper Epinephelus coioides, 30 days of feeding trials with basic feed, blended with compound probiotics, composed of 20% photosynthetic bacteria Rhodopseudanonas palustris, 2% bacillus Bacillus pumilus and 78% lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus were carried out. The results showed that body weight gain rate, body length gain rate and relative fatness of groupers from different compound probiotics feed groups were greatly improved; those immunity characteristics, including serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)、acid phosphatase(ACP)、 total antioxidant enzymes(T-AOC)、 lysozyme activity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were greatly improved. Those indicated that compound probiotic feeds may enhanced growth and immunity characteristics of grouper, but appropriated dosage of compound probiotics should be determined, since 10 grams,30 grams or 50 grams of them per kilograms feed prevailed no different results, respectively.
