高温下法兰系统螺栓预紧载荷变化研究

【摘要】 垫片的高温性能对法兰密封有至关重要的作用。试验研究了高温下DN200法兰12螺栓结构稳态温度分布情况,测量了螺栓力在不同法兰内壁温度下的变化。采用应变片和应交仪实时监测螺栓应变并校准了贴于螺栓上的中温应变片的热输出曲线,采用力矩扳手加载。试验结果表明,采用柔性石墨缠绕垫片的法兰密封结构随温度升高,平均螺栓力降低。指出研究法兰高温密封的关键在于研究垫片的性能,即压缩回弹性能和热膨胀系数。
【Abstract】 The high temperature properties of gaskets have a significant effect on flange sealing performance.An experimental study was presented to determine steady state temperature distribution in the DN200 flange joint with 12 bolts and the changes of bolt load under elevated temperature.The bolt forces were monitored by strain gauges attached to the shank of the bolts.The strain gauges were calibrated and the heat output curve of strain gauges is obtained.Blot loads were obtained by torque wrench.The results indicated that the average bolt load decreased under elevated temperature in the flange with soft graphite spiral wound gasket,and the properties of gaskets including stress-strain curve and thermal expansion coefficient were the key in studying flange high temperature sealing performance.
