宽适应性大叶片搅拌器的开发及其研究进展

【摘要】 考虑到过程工业诸多混合体系的变黏特性以及传统搅拌器应用范围的局限性,研究开发宽适应性大叶片搅拌器很有必要。在介绍典型大叶片搅拌器种类、结构特点和应用范围的基础上,概述了其性能研究的国内外进展。同时介绍了在最大叶片式(Maxblend,MB)、泛能式(Fullzone,FZ)和叶片组合式(Sanmeler,SM)搅拌器基础上创新设计的新型大双叶片搅拌器,并将其与双螺带搅拌器和泛能式搅拌器进行了性能对比,结果表明新型大双叶片搅拌器在较宽黏度域内均具有较好的综合性能。
【Abstract】 Because of the characteristics of variable viscosity of many mixing systems and the limitations of conventional impellers,it is necessary to develop large-blade impellers with wideadaptability.In this work,we introduced the types,structures and applications of typical large-blade impellers,and research progress of these impellers at home and abroad was reviewed.Then creative design of a novel large-doubleblade impeller based on MB,FZ,SM was presented,and their performance was compared with that of double-ribbon impellers and FZ impellers.Results indicate that the novel large-double-blade impeller has good performance within a wide viscosity range.
