论我国人才管理改革试验区的经验及启示
Research on the experience and Enlightenment of the personnel management reform area in China

【摘要】 伴随我国全面实施人才强国战略,全国各地均开始积极探索人才发展新路径。本文基于国内外人才集聚模式的经验总结,针对我国人才管理改革试验区存在的同质化竞争、人才与产业粘合度低等问题提出相关建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we seized the industry development motivation, general strategy and tactics, development mode which based on relevant economic and management theory,which provide the guidance for the crops straw board theoretical and practical development. Along with China’s comprehensive implementation of the talent power strategy, the country began to actively explore new paths for talent development. Based on the experience of domestic and foreign talent gathering mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the problems of the homogeneity competition, the talents and the degree of industry adhesion in the personnel management reform area in China.
