《专利法实施细则》对专利密集型行业影响研究——基于事件分析法的视角
Empirical Research of the Effect of the Revision of "Patent Law Implementing Rules"---Based on the Event Analysis

【摘要】 论文运用事件分析法,以专利密集型行业为实验组,非专利密集型行业为对照组,以《专利法实施细则》的修订颁布为重大事件,通过股票市场的价格波动和显著性检验,定量研究了《专利法实施细则》修订对专利密集型行业短期和中期的影响。结果表明,此法修订对非专利密集型行业短期和中期都无显著影响,对专利密集型行业短期无显著影响,中期有显著影响,事件后3-7周影响显著,而且还存在2周的滞后期,无提前反应。
【Abstract】 With the method of event analysis, this paper takes patent-intensive industries as an experimental group, and generic-intensive industries as the control group, then explores the effects of the revision of "Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law" through the price fluctuations of the stock market and significance test. The results show that the revision has no significant effect on the selected generic-intensive industries in short term and middle turm. And it has no significant effect on the selected patent-intensive industries in short turm,but a promoting effect of 3-7 weeks in middle turm, two weeks of lag and no early reaction.
